Copyright, phonographic performance rights, synchronization rights, and master recording ownership remain 100% the exclusive property of DESROS™. Unlawful redistribution, commercial broadcasting, public performance, sampling, or resale is strictly prohibited.

2. Fulfillment & Immediate Performance Waiver:
Digital audio purchases are fulfilled instantly via secure download transmission. By completing your order, you explicitly request immediate performance of the purchase contract and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation once file delivery has commenced. All sales are final.

3. Technical Requirements & Risk of Loss:
Deliverables are provided in industry-standard MP3 audio format. Risk of loss and responsibility for digital archiving pass to the purchaser upon successful delivery. DESROS is under no obligation to replace lost, deleted, or damaged files following initial delivery.

4. Payment Security & Processing:
All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. This site does not process or store credit card data.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:
These terms and any transaction hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to choice of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to digital purchases shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you explicitly waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

7. Entire Agreement:

8. Territorial Tax & Import Compliance:
Purchases of digital download assets do not transfer physical title. Purchasers maintain sole responsibility for any local sales, use, consumption, or value-added tax (VAT) obligations applicable within their respective tax jurisdiction.
